The Chicago Sports Depot is a 14,000-square-foot retail building attached to Guaranteed Rate Field, home of the Chicago White Sox. Located immediately adjacent to the bridge and ramp tower, the Sports Depot has such state-of-the-art elements as an interactive digital memorabilia wall and sports and entertainment information hubs.

Painted concrete floors mimicking the stitches of a baseball immerse guests in the all-American sport. Floor-to-ceiling windows are included to drench the store in natural light, creating a light, airy feel. Exposed brick elements are scattered throughout, along with exposed duct work.

Howard Brown Health

Howard Brown Health is a new construction project rooted in the Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago. At 91,000 sf, this 5-level project included street-level retail, pharmacy, lab, generous clinical space, underground parking, expansive rooftop terrace, and more.

Consolidating family care, dental services, behavioral health, administrative offices, and financial support are among the services provided at Howard Brown.

This multi-level medical facility with state-of-the-art technology also includes a comprehensive dental care center and medical office – doubling patient capacity.
New carpet throughout lobbies, luxury vinyl tile through corridors, and office spaces were part of the interior component. Sealed concrete on level 5 was delivered for event and future office space.

VU Skyward

This 13,000 sf rooftop bar and restaurant is located at the top of the Hiltons at McCormick Place overlooking the convention center with sweeping views of Lake Michigan and the city skyline. The
space features an expansive main bar with 40 seats and a display pizza oven, a 16-seat karaoke room, a private dining room, and private wine tasting room. VU also includes two outdoor spaces
with lounge seating, fire pits, and TVs

Queenie Supper Club

Located in the United Center’s new atrium, Queenie’s Supper Club is a 13,500 sf restaurant catering primarily to stadium patrons. The main dining room seats 270 and the restaurant features a 45-seat balcony hanging over the new atrium.

The restaurant features a balcony that fans can see as they enter the arena through the atrium that houses the statue of Bulls legend Michael Jordan. The space features custom millwork, custom flooring and wall coverings, coffered ceilings, and leather seating. Queenie’s offers two private dining “coves” with curtains for privacy and a piano bar.

The commercial kitchen totals 1,600 sf with a walk-in cooler, a full cook and prep lines with a separate cold prep line, multiple fryers to quickly prepare the restaurant’s signature dishes, and a separate
service bar.

Torali Italian-Steak

Past of a multi-phase project, Torali Italian-Steak and Torali Bar is a gut rehab on the 12th floor of the Ritz-Carlton Chicago Hotel. This 72-seat restaurant also includes a European-style cafe with a grab-n-go counter. Square feet totals over 3,000.

A new 3,000 sf restaurant located in the Gray Hotel in Chicago’s Financial District. Designed by New York-based Parts and Labor, the space is located on the ground floor of the historic 120-year old former New York Life Insurance Building. It features high end finishes including a seating for 120, a zinc bar, plush banquettes, a private dining room, and an exhibition kitchen.

Boleo

The new space on the rooftop of the Gray Hotel in Chicago has a “sky-bar” vibe with 360-degree windows and a retractable roof. The 4,034 sf bar and restaurant seats 157 guests and has various scaled areas. Inspired by the 120-year-old building’s historic, classical revival architecture, the design is said to celebrate the old, with mid-century accents, and honor the new, with a relaxed, tropical setting.

Adorn Bar & Restaurant

Located on the 7th floor of the Four Seasons Hotel Chicago, the 8,000-square-foot restaurant was gut-rehabbed. Chicago’s first restaurant in partnership with James Beard Award-winning chef Jonathon Sawyer, Adorn features globally inspired cuisine and craft cocktails with best-in-class service in an iconic location. In the restaurant’s bar, nearly 1,000 pieces of glass were installed to create a showstopping chandelier.

The restaurant showcases sweeping views of the Magnificent Mile and downtown skyline. �ǿ��޴�ý completed a gut rehab on this restaurant.

Ogden Commons Phase I – Commercial

JV team �ǿ��޴�ý and Bowa Construction built the commercial and retail building that marks phase one of the $200 million Ogden Commons mixed-use project in Chicago’s North Lawndale neighborhood. Located at 2652 West Ogden Avenue, the commercial building offers 50,000 sf spread across three floors. The building provides active retail frontage and creates a memorable gateway to a revitalized Ogden Avenue commercial corridor from the east. Unlike a standard rectangular building, the steel structure includes several angles with the upper floors suspended above a small courtyard at the building’s entrance.

ARC at Old Colony

Chicago, IL Construction Project

Originally designed and constructed as an office building, the Old Colony Building was the tallest building in Chicago at the time it was built in 1894. In 1976, the structure was placed on the National Register of Historic Places. The redevelopment and modernization of the structure included ground level retail with 16 stories of apartment-style shared residences.
